Industry Specific ComplianceThe Airports Authority India (AAI) on June 12, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Roll-Out of a Live Online Flight System Integrated with the Billing System & SB1 from July 01, 2023, onwards for Domestic Non-Scheduled Operators Operating on Cash & Carry Basis.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that in order to bring efficiency and seamless experience in filing Flight Plans, Raising Invoices, and Making payments by Domestic Non-Scheduled Airlines operating on a Cash & Carry basis AAI  is launching an integrated Online Flight Plan System and Billing & Payment System. This will help Non-Scheduled Operators to submit Flight Plans and also to remit Aeronautical Charges online seamlessly without going to ARO/Briefing Office. The system is Customer friendly and immediately after remitting the payments, the Domestic Non-Scheduled Operators operating on Cash & Carry basis would be getting FIG, ADC, and Automatic acknowledgment for receipt of payments. 

• The system will be implemented from July 01, 2023, 00:00 Hrs onwards on PAN India Basis.

• It states that the payments for Aeronautical Charges at ARO/Briefing Office will be collected in exceptional circumstances only from July 01, 2023, onwards, which has to be authorized by the ATS in charge of that Airport considering technical/operational issues and the same has to be reported to Cbpscollection@aai.aero. 

• The Airlines may register online at https://onlinefpi.aai.aero 

• The User Manual and FAQs are attached for reference.
