Gujarat Govt. notified the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation Public Health Byelaws-2017

The Government of Gujarat on June 30, 2024, notified the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation Public Health Byelaws-2017.

Except as expressly or impliedly provided in the Byelaws, it shall apply to the generators of waste mentioned in the entire geometrical area granted to the Corporation by the Government from time to time.

o Public and private premises irrespective of their use, i.e. residential, trade, commercial, professional, industrial, educational, religious, pleasure, social and all other uses not included therein.

o Every occupier of a Rueshank society, commercial centre or industrial, cooperative society irrespective of their ownership if it is a Government, semi-government, or local self-government body. Be a corporate body.

It shall come into force on June 30, 2024.
